Elegant Presentations uses many delivery methods to get your RENTAL products to you. From our fleet of trucks, vans, and automobiles to USPS, UPS, FedEx, LTL Shippers, FTL carriers, and finally containers. All delivery fees, if we are setting up your event, will be configured after your order has been placed. This depends on the quantity of goods you need along with the location and time of the delivery. Please contact us BEFORE ordering to ensure that you are familiar with what delivery fees will be charged to deliver your wedding rentals, corporate rentals, event rentals, or party rentals.

EP delivery vehicles covers a wide regional area for delivery of party and event rentals. As far north as Door County WI. Indianapolis and Detroit to the East. Iowa and St Louis to the west. Peoria to the South. We can contract to go further if desired, contact us for specifics. Minimum order quantities may apply.
We utilize third-party shipping companies for all other areas.
Standard EP delivery and setup locations in most Chicagoland, Chicago, Chicago Suburbs in Illinois and southwest Wisconsin. We travel to the following counties with a delivery charge: Boone, Cook, De Kalb, De Witt, Douglas, Dupage, Kane, Kankakee, Kendall, Lake, Lasalle, McHenry, Ogle, Winnebago. We also frequently travel to all north, west, south, and northwest chicago suburbs for rentals. Lake Geneva WI is also a location where we rent items all week long. Lakes area rentals in Delevan closed last year and we have taken up the slack in renting party and wedding items.
We are located in St Charles IL for rentals or party and wedding items for delivery or pickup. We frequently travel to Geneva, Batavia, West Chicago, Aurora, North Aurora, Elgin, South Elgin, Elburn, Carol Stream, and Algonquin. A large party rental company has moved from Carol Stream, but we are a mere 15 minutes west for your pickup and delivery needs on party and wedding rentals.
